She acted for major property developers and listed companies in Hong Kong on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures concerning undeveloped lands, hotels, commercial buildings, shopping complex and residential properties both in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and advises listed and unlisted clients on a board range of corporate finance and commercial transactions.
