Camus has a broad civil litigation practice, with focus on insurance matters, including policy disputes, defence of claims for insurer clients involving employees’ compensation cases (as well as the related common law actions), public liability cases, motor accident cases, contractors’ all risks cases, professional indemnity cases, etc. He also deals with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for corporate clients. He is an accredited general mediator advising clients on mediation matters and attends mediation conferences for them as a mediation advocate.
